Mark's 2 Shalke FC 1 06/02/2010 Having received a bye in the first round, Mark's progressed into the last 16 of the Clifford cup with a deserved win over Shalke Rovers in Ringsend yesterday. After an hour they were winning 2-0 with goals from Karl O'Grady and Rolandas Krukauskas. It should have been game over, but a defensive misunderstanding let in Shalke for 2-1. The score does not reflect the level of Mark's domination of the game but in truth Mark's were below par. Man of the match Paul Kelly. More details of the Clifford Cup here.

Welcome to the Saint Mark's Athletic website. Saint Mark's is a long established club playing in Ringsend Park in Dublin 4. The park is only a stone's throw from the River Liffey and the East Link Bridge.

About Us

Founded in 1906, St Mark's is one of the oldest clubs in Dublin. We currently have one over 35 team and compete in the Saturday 1A Division of the Amateur Football League. In Irishtown Stadium, we have match day facilities that are second to none. Hot showers and under floor heating are included!

Training

Training for the Saturday Over 35 team is on Tues and Thursday from 9-10pm on the astro pitch in Ringsend Park. No metal studs or blades allowed. View a map of the training location on the contact page here.
